All you have to do is copy the code from the link into your closeNetworkSignup.ctp file and save. The links at the bottom for your store widget does not work because the store URL is wrong. The is a mooSupport issue so raise a support ticket for the store widget, Now if you have copied and pasted the links in to a HTML block then that is why you need to use full URL for HTML blocks or know where your store product URL's are located.
