Htlm block permission in layout editor

Ok I will try to explain:

Wen you go to layout editor and you choose (in modifie colonne menu) the view that there is in the screenshot, if you put a htlm block where there is the circle and you choose not to display the title of the block then it is the whole block that does not not displayed

Status: Done

This issue fixed
