Multiple Levels Selection Profile Fileds on Profile Type

Lets say THere should be multiple profile sub types, like when i add a profile type lets say member i can add CUstom Fields, buts its only two levels, i want to make it 3 or 4 levels,

lets see an example

User Profile type:

Member

Custom Field 1> Country > Pak

Field Level 2> City > Lahore

Field Level 3> State > Punjab

example 2

Profile type : Sponser

Education > BS

Level 2> BS : IT

Level 3> Graduation Year >> 2018

Status: Accepted

or can we add 2 profile type options

Already added to product backlog for next versions. Thanks for suggestions.
By the way, it will make the site slow if we implement this but will try to find best solution for it.
