social media login blocks are not showing on the landing page and I see nowhere in the edit portion of the sign in block to turn them on or off

thanks Long Tran, it worked perfectly, i found the footer.ctp and found where moosocial, colleges and admissions where written in code and then i saved a file through note pad on my desktop and then i deleted it, but i was unsatisfied with the results, so i went to the notepad on my documents and found writings i did not like and then i rewrote....that changed it words to what i wanted and it reflected on my landing page...i did it through cpanel.
