How to add google ads via html block?

Prepare your google ads code. Apply via www.adsense.com

And follow these steps to add to mooSocial site:

1. Go to admin dashboard > site manager > Layout Editor

2. Select page you want to place your ads. Note: Site Footer and Site Header will apply for whole site

3. Select Html Block and drag to the place where your ads to show in the page

4. Place your ads code to HTML content and change settings of the HTML block as you want

5. Save

The problem is on my site, there are no HTML Block choices on anything... Any idea why?
