We recently did a user survey. Overall, people love MooSocial. There are a few pain points surfaced. I made 2 videos for them, so the team can see it.
The first is the share function on mobile. Here is the video which shows a comparison with Facebook.
As you can see, that gap in user experience is pretty obvious.
1) Too many clicks. MooSocial mobile requires 9 clicks to complete a share on Social Media. Facebook, 3.
2) Share button is not easy to find.
3) Also, after share, the content is not easily accessible.
This is the content I shared, my friend shows on his screen.
4) After seeing the shared content, user should find it very easy to join the site. Our users are seeing a gap in this one.
So share is the most important function, and the most important recruiting tool. This is one area we would like to see that you make a major improvement in the upcoming Mobile release.
