add action type to award user points when user gets certain number of likes on a post

ex: when you post & get 1000 likes, get 1000 credits. implemented on user role settings.

this is useful for influencers and celebrities

So,
1. I don't want members to "Earn" credits, Only purchase them - and no easy way to remove it from Admin panel.
2. there is no notification on admin dashboard for withdrawal requests..

1. Please go to credit settings (https://prnt.sc/iUu8BH-AsUuH) and set value of all settings to 0
2. Will have option to disable it at next coming version.

1. Business: don't create recurring package if you want member to pay using credit gateway. We will modify credits plugin to make it works with recurring package at next version.
