Improved Account Enable/Disable

Users should be able to enable/disable their accounts by themselves. Once it's disabled they should be redirected to a specific page where they can only browse their account's status but they should not be able to browse the website (feeds, user profiles etc).

Also it would be very good if you can add a text box for account disabling or deletion reason. It's very important for owners to get to know the reason why they wants to disable or delete their accounts.

I believe this is a MUST. In none social network you are not depend on admins anymore when you freeze / disable your account you are able to return yourself.

Members should have this possibility indeed but only admins should have right to delete accounts. This in case you need info from a non-behaviour user

Yeah about deletion only admin permit. Enable/Disable must be optional for users. Let me remove DELETE from the title it confuses. Delete was only about the text box part.
