Yes, you're free to sell your website but not your mooSocial license since the licenses are non-transferable. In other words, if you choose to sell your website which contains a mooSocial license on it, the new owner would need to purchase their own license. What many clients do is simply incorporate the cost of the new license into the sale price of the website and purchase a new license on behalf of the new owner.
This depends on what type of customizations you've made. If you've simply created new files and linked to them from mooSocial, it's unlikely that you will lose any customizations you've made. If you've edited the core code and you overwrite it with the new files from the upgrade package, you may lose your customizations. To avoid this, please make sure you full backup before upgrading, use compare tool to compare and merge changes that you made into the new core code. We do provide upgrading service so that contact us if you’re not sure what you should do.

After installed a new plugin or making some changes in css, image, font and js and if remote Cloud Storage is Enable, please follow instructions in the below screenshot to configure remote Storage to make sure the latest changes are transfered to S3. Normally, you will see the issue like the below screenshot if some files are on your server but not on S3 storage.
How to Sync missing images, fonts, css and js to Amazon S3 to fix above issue:
Admincp -> System admin -> Storage system -> Synchronise webroot directory. See below screenshot.
Click on "Synchronise webroot directory", and you willl see below popup.
For example in the below picture you will sync files (images, fonts, css and js) in "img" and "js" folder to S3
Click OK to start Sync progress. You need to wait for a few minutes or may a few hours incase you have a lot of files that need to upload from selected folders to S3. The cronjob that you setup above will do this job so that you can close the web browser after clicking on "OK" button to sync.

Visitors will be directed to the Login page when clicking on site content:
Then, visitors input the correct email and password on Login form, will be navigated to the selected site content before.

How to by pass "force login" for a specific plugin. For example: Show content of Property plugin
Access Admin Dashboard --> Plugin Manager --> Properties --> Settings
- If this option is no, the content of property plugin will not be visible to visitors.
- If this option is yes, the content of property plugin will be displayed to visitors.
* Note: This setting is affected when Force Login setting is enabled on Backend --> System Settings --> Features --> Force Login.
