It would be beneficial if site administrators (presumably super administrators) could have greater flexibility in deciding which parts of the backend admin panel they want regular administrators (on my site, I call them moderators) to be able to access. I don't necessarily want my mods accessing every setting, but in some areas, it would be helpful to have greater access for them. Examples:
1) Ability for regular admins to DELETE (not just edit) users. For example, when a spammer joins, any admin should be able to delete the user, rather than deleting the posts and having to wait for the super admin to remove the user completely.
2) Ability to decide which plugins admins can access. For example, the Profile Verify plugin. Currently only the super admin can verify users, but it would be helpful if any admin could.
