Birthday / Date of Birth in the Profile

The day and month of the birthday that is displayed in the profile and in the profile popup - is totally uninteresting for the users.
Would it be possible to display the age instead?
Both in the profile and in the profile popup?

thanks, will add it as option in admin panel for admin to decide what will display. Admin can select to show age or DOB
