Once again, I'm not getting ticket replies to my email. Just opened a new ticket about 90 minutes ago, have not gotten the confirmation and ticket number to my email yet.

Did you get email when support team replied to your ticket?
Yes, but normally, I get the confirmation after submission, before anyone replies. This time I did not get it.
