It is hard to access the bottom menu on pages that have a lot of posts. When you try to scroll to the bottom of the page to click on a menu item more posts are displayed pushing the menu out of sight.You can try it here on the feedback page. You have to scroll numerous times to get to the menu.Perhaps the bottom menu should be non-scrolling like the top menu?

There is a function called "Auto Load More" which can be enabled/disabled in the admin > system settings > features. You still have to scroll down, but it doesn't load any new content so the footer menu could be used then.
