Addonto allow members to create their own leagues for sports/esports. Allow other members to join the leagues for free or pay to join, and have options for league creator to set how games are scored for example you could have 3 points for win & 0 for loss, or points by for and against so if someone wins 3 - 2 they score 3 points and the losing player/team 2 points as I think these variations needed to cover all sports.
Also needs a section for league creator to enter the results for matches/games which could be displayed underneath the results table.
Finally the page displaying all leagues could be similar to the business plugin and let members search for leagues by location so they can find a league close to them
