This error is occurring on Note 9 Chrome browser and Samsungs default web browser.
When I am scrolling down page and then when I scroll back up just a little and release my finger from screen it immediately snaps all the way to top of page and shows top navigation menu again.
Steps to reproduce:
Scroll down page and top menu disappears
Scroll up page a little and release finger from screen
Then immediately it snaps all the way to top of page
This occurs with default mooSocial theme on fresh install and it does not matter how far you are scrolled down the page. It will immediately snap all the way back to the top of the page.

Thanks for letting me know. Where is the page for the list of bugs that we are waiting to be fixed in next update? This way I can make sure I don't post something that is an already known issue. :-)
