I have and it also has the count system working great. Plus you can do this to all plugins now which is so

I have the plugins, shops, live news and recipes, but they are also not displayed on RallyUP

They don't display on any theme you have to hard code them in the core files. It's got nothing to do with themes. Unless you get an admin theme with RallyUP.
