Poll Plugin: Close a poll

It would be nice if 2 features could be added to the Poll plugin:

Set a closing date. After this date it is not possible to vote. But the poll should be visible. Maybe "closed" polls could be added into a "Closed" category.
Admins should be able to "close" members polls at any time.
