For the purpose of the exercise, I am using Chrome on Win10 and I have purchased your chat plugin.
The error I am describing I even see on this (your) page. Messages disappear at first after I pressed enter to send. i.e. I cannot see them inthe chat window on my PC ... I can click on messages and that will show my message and reopening the chat window by pressing "send message" will show the message in the chat window at that point.
That;s quite clumsy and I don't really think I want my users to have that experience.

Regardless of what I use .... it has got to work ... Windows 10, Chrome ... nothing unusual ... and while chat does not work on my site at all yet (I did buy the plugin) .... this is how it works here on your site .... send a message, enter, refresh page to see the message in the chat..

Do you mean, when you user win 10 chrome go to https://community.moosocial.com then you send a chat then you need to refresh to see this message? how about with another browser? Please help me use microsoft edge or fire fox to check again.
We try on my win 10 chrome but it is working well. I think your PC have install some software as firewall or your chrome have some addons block my chat javascript. If you can, please help me record a video clip about this issue and resend to youtub...  more
