After the 3.1 version upgrade, the Visual Notification plugin stopped working

Notifications appear only on the bell

I uploaded a video and no alert occurred, only in the bell

Why not send alerts to your browser
Good to send alerts to Google Chrome browser
On facebook models

Your site needs to be https and you need to "allow" at permission asking poup if you want to get notification
