New legislation about cookies in the Europe.

Very good that we have Accept and Deny cookies already in moo. But due to new legislation all users have to have a button to
request all personal data from the website owner.
 
Moo almost has every features due to new legislation except this. And I have no idea how this would even work. Once they click request it should show notification on the CP and then somehow website should generate an exportable document for the user.
 
Any ideas about this?
