Supports redis moosocial

I have bought Redis Cache Installation and Setup for mooSocial site

And I can not see any positive result

The ticket I have submitted can not help me, what should I do

From hostiso they answered me

Hi, as noted, do not enable redis from moosocial admin area, it is already enabled.

Hi Sir, is your server vps or shared?

If shared then no one can install any custom scripts on hosting, i suppose you should use external cache server for that,
