Problem with block html

I have a problem with the html block in the news feed
Right now I have an html block in the news feed with a photo that says good Christmas, the problem is that I have chosen not to appear in any member, and it still appears.
 

Why is this happening

If you don't select any roles, it will the same as you selected all. It's how it works now. Will improve.

I have the same problem in the right and left columns when I place an html block

Yes, I have this too. I'm logged in as administrator and if I disable each role (also super admin), the html block is still displayed. I think it is a bug.
