Changing words in a plugin using translation tool

Hello, is there anyone who can help in explaining how to change words in a plugin using translation tool please ?

I checked your site and saw that you did correctly but forgot to clear global cache. See attached screenshot to know how to clear.

It's importance to clear global cache after changing the wording.
