email approval for verification - vol 2

Hi all,
We are using email approval for accout verification.
Sometimes it works fine but sometimes our system didn't send approval mail to users, when we force resend approval mail our system don't send mail.
 
I spend too much time to understand and solve it but till now I couldn't.
 
During registration 2 mails are sended
  1. send to user form account verification
  2. send to system admin as new user information
I check logs at ../app/tmp/logs/mail.log and see that
 
  1. send to user form account verification -- works sometimes
  2. send to system admin as new user information -- works everytime
This means that it is not related to smtp settings or mail settings, it is related to moosocial settings.
 
This is very critical for our site because new user can not share till he approve his mail address.
Do u have any idea?

Problem is repeating and couldn'd find any clue till now

  1. send to user form account verification -- works sometimes -> did you test using same email a few time? May be it's related to email that user use to sign up a new account. 
  2. send to system admin as new user information -- works everytime

Hi Mark,

Yes , I try to resend confirmation via admin panel, but it didn't work.
Problem is on our site, it is not related to member mail. yesterday we have this problem for 3 new member
