upload video 1.5 20M limit

On the upload video 1.5, it has a 20M upload limit... In 1.4 we could upload 600M... How do we fix this in the 1.5? We do Documentaries and some are up to 600M in file size... I turned a ticket in, but it's still at 20M max size...
