I had the same requirement.

You can adjust the server setting.
Ask your Server Hosting company to alter the video upload size on the server to 1000 or maximum.
I had my video upload requirement increased so that my company members and regular members can upload longer videos to showcase their business adverts or personal videos.

This should help with your request.

Some Plugins use ' Widgets ' so that you can see them on the web.
Firstly, read the installation's notes that come with plugin.
Second, If 'widgets' is needed, check in your 'SEO' section on your admin dashboard. You should see the widgets section on the right side of the screen.
Look for the 'Announcement' widget.
If you see the 'announcements' widget, you can place it 'drag and drop' the widget into the page you want to show it on.

Now in your admin dashboard, create a test 'announcement' and post it.
