Create Groups for 3rd part plugins?

Just a suggestion for third part plugin developers:

 

Would it be a good idea to also create groups for third part plugins where developers can give an update concerning their product and users can ask questions? (and add the developer as group admin)

 

Because now it is not clear where to find information.
