Remove Items from the User Menu

How do I remove items from the User Menu.

For example if I don't want Topics on my Site, I disable Topics from the Member role & Header Menu. However it is still showing in the User Menu (in the profile page to the left)

Please disable topic at Admincp -> plugin manager -> topics manager -> settings. See below screenshot for more details
