Weather Plugin

Hi
   Just installed the Weather Plugin, installed nice no problem, however it is not showing up on my site?  I'm not sure it I missed something could I get some help please.

Did you use they layout editor to drop the weather block to any pages you wanted it to show?

   OK that worked, however I seem to be missing some images on the plugin?
