the Industry field is auto suggestion field. When member typing, the matched industries will appear for selecting. At next version, we will change it to combo box for easier to select.
thing is it's auto-suggest from a list created by admin which the user can't see, either every industry including all variations needs to be included or user would need to keep guessing till they got it right, definitly a good idea to change it to something a bit more user/owner friendly
And I've discovered the bug that was causing me probs, when the 'industry' auto-suggest prompt appears, if the mouse hovers over it, without left-clicking it auto-completes in the industry field, however, moosocial doesn't read it unless you left click on the prompt and gives an error message when you try to save the job.
