How much credit is necessary to Vote in ANswer/Questions????

When I tried to do "Vote" on answer in Question, Follwoing message did pop-up.

I added 100 Credit, but, it was impossible to do Vote

What is the default credit required for "Vote", and, where I can adjust the required credit for VOTE?
