Closing chat issue (it popup again after page refresh)

We experience the problem that if you close a chat and refresh the screen or navigate to another page.. the same chat is opened (popup) again. Does anyone experience this same issue?

Yes, same issue, but using the chats icon between your notifications and your profile (top right) select the one with new content and then send message. It will open and the notification with then disappear, and it won't popup again.

I think you mix up 2 things, I'm talking about the Chat plugin, you are referring to the internal message (DM) system which is different
