Is there a way to implement a unique virtual wallet for each site user?

Is there a way to implement a unique virtual wallet for each site user? This wallet can then be linked and funded by the user to actual bank accounts and the user can receive funds or withdraw direct to their bank accounts. Each wallet is linked to a unique number (eg 0003245678). Just like a bank account.
 
"My Wallet" will be listed in the user menu list.
 
Can this be custom made?
