weather plugin is not appearing in my website why ?

Hi, i have been installed the weather plugin for 2.5.x as you mention in your installation text file step by step, and i configuerd the plugin for my area....but i cant see it on my website ( i cant see the widget, there is no widget).
 
 
any one ahd this problem and know the solution ?

Did you actually place the widget on your site via the admin? Or is this widget not available in the admin?
