Restrictions

I would like to be able to restrict what people can see.

 

For example, it appears that a new user (a guest) will be shown as someone who joined recently even though I might not have approved him to be a member of my network.

 

This user (guest) can also already see whatever "everybody" who may be an approved member can see as well.

 

In the categories, I can define if a member category can post - I may want to exclude member categories such as guests from even seeing certain groups, videos, topics or blogs.

 

On the other hand I may have content which I specifically want guests to see. 

 

How do I implement this?
