upload video issue

Hi guys i have a user that is complaining she uploaded a video but the play button doesn't work on any of the video she chooses. i checked its working for me and no one else is complaining. what do i do? what do i say?

you can login as that user to check. May be it's cache issue, ask him/her to refresh the page then check again.
