I disagree, most people don't know about these commands. So not a good idea! Plus if you want to add a longer comment it can cause issues and re-posts!
It might make sense for comment, PM and chat ... with the ability to select/deselect "Press Enter to send" option. Then again it might be too complicated for end users.
