Contact Time To Make A Purchase?

I have attempted to contact mooSocial 2 different ways in reference to purchasing and having mobile apps implemented. So far I have not gotten a response. I would think they would want to sell some more software and making some more money? Any idea how long it should take to get a response?

Could have swore I sent one of them before the weekend, just impatient I suppose, forgive me, excited about what these apps will do for us.
Ryan Nguyen, I believe you responded to my inquiry on purchasing the apps. I made that payment yesterday and have heard nothing. Just curious how long it takes from here, as of now, other than PayPal, I have no way to know that you guys received the money so am a bit worried.
