There is an awful bug in registration.
Try to upload an avatar named test.jpg will work, but try to change it to "test (2).jpg" and you will get "Upload failure reason unknown" "Upload failed"

I am sure (X) will cause the bug, please make a hot patch for this! Because of this you will lose new registrations
Please submit a ticket and please send which image when you make it to avatar you got a error message.
