Error - permanently delete account

When an user request a permanent deletion. I click at the link (/admin/users/index/keyword:email@address.com) in admin panel and get:

An Internal Error Has Occurred.

Error: An Internal Error Has Occurred.

Is there a hotfix available?

Kent Lam (mooSupport) is it something misconfigurated in moosocial sql? Did you test this function before?

We Tested on our moosocial 2.4.1 but I can not see this issue on your PC, please submit a ticket, we will go to you site, and help you to fix it.
