For first time i block à user here, a spam user...
Function work well 
just one think, when you are at user profil and you block it,
just one think, when you are at user profil and you block it,you should be redirect to home or have a message who said The user has been bloqued
in place to have a refresh page whit the error message who said "you dont have permission to view this page"
