+ Compatible with Moosocial 3.0.1, Moosocial 3.0.2
+ Compatible with mooApp 1.2
+ Fix auto friend bug when the invited user is deleted
+ Fix javascript bug in ACP when Friend Inviter plugin is enabled
+ "Enable referral code field" is set No by default after installing
