I have a problem trying to put a list in caption :/

This is wat i want, is woring fine ...in preview lol

So wath sould i do to get a list here please ?

thanks I would do it later, just found another one in landing page plugin, now I want to throw my pc out window :/
Have to do some picture, I'll come back later
