German language pack

I did change the original english to a German language pack for moosocial users!

Please feel free to use it (slight changes will have to be made in order to individually adjust it to your explicit topis)

Thnx! But this german language pack seems to be for a older moosocial version. It has 588 entries. The actual english po file has 1517 entries ...

When I add this pack and activated it and change lang to german nothing happens. Do I need a language pack for 2.3.0?
