The Installation Wizard describes that the moo302-Patch must be installed

This applies only to those who use moo302, not version 3.1.2, correctly

Hi GeorgiosT,

Yes, You only use path if your site is moo3.0.2.
If you site 3.1.2 then you do not need use this patch.
