Critical error of the Administration!

Hi. my version moosocial-3.1.4
Site moderator through the admin panel (Admin-not Super Admin) can assign the role of Super Addin to any user. And also can appoint himself to the role of Super Admin. This could lead to a fatal error. It is not possible to hire a person as a moderator. I tried to find and fix, no work.

You have misunderstood me. I want to say that Admin (not Super-Admin) can assign any person a roll of Super-Admin.

Thanks for letting us know, we already fix this issue at next version, we're testing it now and will release it soon.
