Members within a role continue to see feed from all members even though in the role setting, this feature is not enabled for users in the role

Basically, user A can see feed from members B, C, D even when they are not friends with these users.

So A can register on the site now and go to their feed and see posts from other users on the site who are not friends.

Yes, this is an issue.
