Referral Code bypassed using FB/Google to sign on

I notice that users who sign on with Google and Facebook bypass the need for a referral code. This is a problem because I want users to only be able to register on referral. Do I need to get rid of the social login or is there something I'm missing?

Please get rid of the social logins if your site only allows to join using referral code.

Then again, this feature can be considered where those logging in with socials are presented a field for referral code
