Regarding User Settings: As an Admin I have a choice under “Profile Information” (at the bottom) to either check or uncheck whether I can “Receive message from non-friend” BUT regular members do not have this option.
Questions:
1. How do I allow regular members to choose this option OR
2. Is there a way to set it so all members can receive messages from non-friends by default
