Constantly log out

Hi,
 
I'm automatically constantly being logged out after little amount of time.. For example - 5-6 minutes... and get logged out..
 
Anyone faces this issue?
Could it be because if hosting options?
Could it be because of using Arrowchat?

I think it is because of the chat, there was the same problem with cometchat,
remember "Please ask your developers to make the site's session to expire only when user logs out. This will resolve the issue.""

We are not having this issue. Can you disable the chat to see if you still have the same problem?
